My 6th draft of the sequel to ‘The Price of Silence’ has finally been sent out for line editing! Time to celebrate just a bit; it isn’t the bring out the champagne moment just yet, but sharing a good Pinot Noir with my man will do it.

Ah…the peace, the luxury of having time to do things around the house just because I want to, try out some new recipes, do anything that doesn’t have a deadline… I try to ignore a pile of papers on my desk cluttered with a hundred possible names for my book. I’d like to come up with something before I meet with the book cover designer. You’d think after finishing a 300-page thriller, coming up with three to six words for a name would be a snap, but no. For me, it’s like walking into a wall; dead stop and a headache.  Version 3

I just realized it’s been two years since I wrote the first blog, and, started to write “the still unnamed sequel.” I’m extremely grateful for all the reviews I’ve received on Amazon for “The Price of Silence.” Twenty-three beautiful reviews. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with other readers! If you want to have a look at them, just click on the link below and scroll down to the reviews.

For my precious friends in Belgium, I wish from the bottom of my heart that you’ll have a safe and peaceful Easter!
